Business improvement through efficient transition of valuable assets - people.

Our approach to people transfers
We have extensive experience and expertise in seamlessly transferring and integrating people into our business, either under UK Transfer of Undertakings regulations (TUPE), or by adopting TUPE principles.

Regardless of the scale of the transfer, we understand the principles that are required for smooth transition. These successfully manage morale and provide strong leadership and guidance, while ensuring that issues and concerns are rapidly identified and dealt with.

We work with the transferor to agree a joint transfer approach, and will manage open communications with all employees concerned. Our overriding concern is the welfare of affected employees. But we also ensure that service levels to your customers expect are maintained and ultimately improved.

In short, we always aim to ensure minimum disruption to your business by:

  • Providing strong leadership and guidance.
  • Transferring in-scope employees in a seamless manner.
  • Ensuring smooth transition and induction.
  • Undertaking rapid and accurate pay-roll migration.
  • Carefully managing the morale of transferring staff and their integration into our company.
  • Securing engagement of transferring people by communicating ahead of, during and after transfer.
  • Regularly communicating our goals, objectives and contractual commitments to the whole team.
  • Effectively integrating management teams into our company and ensuring they are embraced as new team members by our senior management.

Our experience

The scale of our experience ranges from the simple transfer of a small number of people through to full end-to-end planning, communication and large-scale integration of people across a wide range of industries in both the public and private sector.
