telent excel in Highways Agency assessment27 March 2008 – telent, a leading provider of technology services, today announced that it has achieved a high score following the recent Capability Assessment Tool (CAT3) programme undertaken on behalf of the Highways Agency. The capability assessment now includes several new indicators increasing the focus on diversity, innovation, risk management, corporate social responsibility and putting customers at the heart of the Agency’s business. The Highways Agency uses the results of CAT programs, as well as past performance, to select the most suitable suppliers to deliver the best value solutions and services. The assessors made reference to telent’s long established history, which has resulted in the development of robust and proven approaches.
