defense and security telent has over 30 years’ experience of supporting the Defence sector providing integrated services and solutions to clients in the UK MoD and defence agencies in other countries. Its projects range from technical support services through to large UK wide turnkey projects including system design, implementation, support and project management. It also addresses requirements in the related Security/Surveillance fields.

telent’s Secure Services Centre (SSC) provides a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet its customers’ requirements on a 24 x 7 basis by trained staff with security clearance. These services include:

Network Management, with alarm monitoring, corrective fault management, performance analysis and configuration management;
Secure Process Management including Help Desk and 1st line support, management of maintenance and tasking of telent and 3rd party Field Engineers, asset management, repairs and spares management including holding system reference models in a number of its secure premises; and
System Field Services including corrective and preventative maintenance, with cryptographic equipment management and cabling in secure premises.

Defence and Security also enjoys accreditation of BS7799: Part 2:2000 Information Security Management System.
