Launch your career with Telent’s Graduate Scheme in Project Management and Engineering.

Each year, we offer rotational programmes designed to immerse graduates in our diverse business, working alongside industry experts on real projects that make a real impact. These work-based training schemes combine classroom learning, field experience, and hands-on development to equip you with the skills and confidence to become one of Telent’s future leaders.

What we can offer you

Our Graduates receive a competitive pay rate of £29,000, a welcome payment of £1,000, and can receive salary increases of up to £2,000 after each six-month placement.
